Anyone ever seen this bullbar before!? Or actually, anyone seen any documentation of this bullbar before? My local DMV is threatning to pull my plates unless I have documentation that this bullbar is made for the XJ. I am certain this is an original addon, but am unable to find any Numbers or serials or make or manufacturer on the bar. I also bought this sales brochure, but this does not either mention any bullbars as an original addition. Could it be aftermarket?

I refer to this as a brush guard and a front shot might help to narrow down the brand.
Thinking not an Aries or Manik cause I don't see the very top bar in front that both those have.
But Aries, which is still sold and the Manik is not, can be found online, picture looks so similar that the idiots at the DMV will not notice the difference,
and the application listed for the Jeep may satisfy there needs,
Of course just now I am noticing your plate and where you are from and that probably changes things.
But maybe showing them the Aries online will still fly.
Bought used and believe it to be a Manik but not sure so......

Thanks. Here are some better pics, my bug shield makes it hard to take new pics as the black bug shield blends into the brush guard.

As you can see, I don’t have that top bar from light guard to light guard.

It’s attached with 4 bolts to the front bumper, just inside the frame rails.

That one is unfamiliar but being you are not in the US I am not surprised.
In the UK they have some strange, compared to US, ones too.
Styles that we don't see.
Just so happens I have a buddy in Norway that owns an XJ.
Emailed him the link to this thread.
Maybe he can help.
Let you know if he comes up with something.

Its worth noting your bumper is a universal design 3-piece brush guard. cente section bolts to your factory bumper and the outer ends protecting the head lights bolt into the center. I've seen these referred to as Many manufacturers names But i cannot source any active sales for them. ive most commonly seen them referred to as a westin bull bar But like i said i cannot find it anywhere.

This poster claims it to be a ranch hand but i can assure you it is not.

This poster on another forum setup claims it to be off ebay from "team cherokee" but again - its not found anymore on ebay either.

The only easily referenceable bumper in similar style i can share for you is the Warn Transformer 39637 brush guard:

outside of that - defaulting to a similar brush guard with a still available part number and playing it off as correct may be your best bet.
