Im using the ones from ruffstuff. Just made the hole in the arm a lil bigger than 7/8th to allow for the sleeve to stretch farther up the taper. Tightened it down and it works fantastic.

I'm using it on my draglink at my pitman arm. I've been though hell tryin to find someone with the right reamer. I don't wanna spend 65 bucks on a new reamer because I'm going to be using all Heims when I get my tierod/draglink built.

There are tapers out there where instead of reaming u just drill it out to 1" and weld new inserts in.

Yes i am doing the same thing, I ordered 3 of the ones that ruffstuff sell, Drilled the knuckles to 7/8 like you are supposed to. then for the pitman arm since the taper insert has to expand more to slide up the bigger taper. I drilled the arm to 7/8ths then took the dremel to it to expand it out just a hair. then put the 2027 in there and cranked it down and it worked great.

inserts

Alternatly you can actually find the right ones but I was in a hurry to get the truck driving again.
