disc brake conversion

hi looking to do a disc brake conversion on my d44 what year crown vic would i need to get the parts off of or is there a better vehicle to get them from what is the best and easiest to do with the lease modification

Easiest? If you have the 8.25 just find a Liberty with disc brakes. Everything is a bolt on EXCEPT the fittings to the splitter block at the flex or rubber line.
Cut the brake lines at the flare and replace with new fittings then reflare the ends.
