I have the exact same JCR front bumper bought during their Black Friday sale a couple months ago and my bumper had the exact same tweak when I installed it. I shifted it around and basically evened it out as well as I could and to be honest have not given it a second thought until I saw your post. Here is a photo.

Looking forward to hearing JCR's response to this.

That doesn't look as bad as the OP's. Did you essentially split the difference between the two sides or is it simply not as bad?

Shame really, I was literally a week away from ordering a front and rear from them when they said they're switching to a production/inventory based way of selling. So no longer making each bumper to order.

But I agree with above, give them a call first and see what they say.
That is really the only way to make a profit without having to charge what most would consider ridiculous prices.

Most fab shops will still do custom work, but you have to keep in mind an hourly rate of $90+hr.

I've personally built a $6,000 dash. It took 240+hours to make though.

wow that's excellent work! Very worth in the terms of price.

I can understand from a business standpoint to make things smoother and quicker, but still not the only way to make a profit while keeping prices down. AJ's, as well as a few other smaller places that are still left, build to order, while keeping prices very competitive. Both my front and rear were actually cheaper than JCR, even after I paid shipping on them.

And that is an awesome dash!

When I first put the bumper on I lined up the drivers side first and when I went around to the passenger side it drooped just like the OP's photo. Yes I split the difference. I also painted the bottom cut edge of the fender black for the first 1/4" and I think that hides some of the misalignment but like I said once it was mounted I never gave it another thought. I love the bumpers and have a matching JCR Crusader on the rear (no spare mount). No complaints from me... Here is a photo showing the other side.
