Even a carbide burr in an electric drill will have you taking the long road to getting it done...IMO assuming you could borrow or have a small air compressor...The best, easiest route would be to buy a cheap harbor freight pneumatic die grinder for around $20 and use the carbide burrs in that...

That will wear you out trying to hold a constant speed unless you go WTFO.

An those small pneumatic die grinders are a PITA to use if you have to use a long shank to reach.........that's why I got the one I did.

That is correct, but I don't have a compressor and didn't have the patience to find one, so I went with the burred bits in my drill. It was a somewhat lengthy and uncomfortable process, but it got the job done and I managed to get my bumper mounted finally. Thanks for all the insight, guys!

Another option is sanding drums. Cheap and can be used in any drill.
