Death wobble problems.
I have been having death wobble problems every since i put my 6.5" rough country lift on. I have replaced everything i can think of. i have had it aligned.
Here is a list of parts i have replaced
Track bar. Ironman4x4 1.25'' solid bar
serious offroad better 1ton steering bars and rod ends with inserts.
Wheel bearings.
Ive check the ball joints / axle joints/ rotated tires/ changed tire pressure. i have had the caster changed. I have come to a dead end on trying to find the problem. I cant even get above 45mph now. I have done research after research and cant find a fix for it. I'm needing all the help i can get.

inspect the frame area the track bar and steering box attach to and even at the axle looking for cracks. at this point it wouldn't hurt to look it all over. i know having a second person to wiggle the steering wheel while you inspect is a great bonus to check the front end components! tires balanced?
The pinion angle would be set when the caster is adjusted. I have had my girlfriend wiggle the steering wheel while i looked at all of the parts. I cant see any movement in any of the parts. Ill check the frame were everything mounts to it. I have not had the tires balanced.

ok so after replacing my power steering pump today i had my girlfriend get in the jeep and turn the steering wheel from lock to lock while i looked under the jeep for any loose or moving parts. I found that where my track bar mounts to the frame bracket was moving where it has so much leverage on it. its not flexing much but you can see it about 2 foot away. i was thinking of taking a piece of angle steel and welding it to the bottom inside of the bracket and the bolting it to the passenger side for the frame rail some how.
would this work or is there a better way of bracing the bracket.

companies sell brackets for that, but if you have a little fab skills you can build one more stout. bracing it to the passenger side would help. I have tacked a few welds on mine to the frame to ensure it stays tight.
Take free advice for what what it is, but....
Dodge/Jeep "Death Wobble" #1 symptom is tire balance.
#2 would be track bar, usually at the frame mount end.
In 20+ years, I've seen an ounce on stock 235's cause the bounce @ around 45 mph...
Another indicator is the speed at which the bounce occurs...40-50mph is more indicative of balance, 60-70 is more often track bar.
FWIW, I have never seen the steering stabilizer be the culprit or fix the issue.

So what your say is 40-45 i need to get the tires balanced. if it wobbles 70-75 its the track bar mount on the frame.
Im not running a steering stabilizer because everyone has told me its a cover up for the real problem.
