check your trac bar bushing as well. that will be a huge thing, i know that was a big thing with mine

i had death wobble out of no where, and replaced all my steering, track abr and tierods from pitman arms to knuckles, and upper and lower control arm bushings and even track bar, and still had it, and with the knuckles on there wasnt much play with tire on in the ball joints, i took the tires off and got a 2 ft prybar and there was play in my ball joints, really bad play, so id replace your ball joints(im sure uve found the issue alredy) but , mine was all factory parts with 196,000 miles on it, besids the lower control arms , they only had 40,000 because of my 6inch lift
