Yea I have a mechanic/friend that could probably do it what all does it take a found a matching set here locally off a 2500 ram I mean how hard is it to get all the linkage to line up in the front end? Does it require a certain lift or certain amount of lift. ( I know that's what it was going to take to do a solid front conversion on my bronco had to install a 4in lift) I figure the rear axle is probably pretty easy to do but the front is what has me worried lol

You need to narrow it then get new axles and so forth...

I actually just found d44 $50. Early bronco, so you still need to machine fabricate. It's in San Diego

If you stay with leafs in the back it would be pretty easy just have to cut off and weld on new srping perches. If you do coil sping there is ALOT of options. As far as the front goes if you want the stock 4 link with a panhard its just a matter of welding tabs on the axles and making the links.

If it is going to be just for off road no need. I can't wait to go full width.

I feel you on the rust problem. There is ALOOOOOOOT of info about these swaps on the interweb just have to search and do some poking around on pirate. If I had more pennies in my pocket I would have 60's by now but since I dont working on a 9.25 swap.

Ya the set I found is a complete set off of a ford f250. With 4.10s $1200 for the set. Going to have to talk to my friend see if that's something he's willing to take on I may need to invest in Budweiser cause I'm sure I'll put a dent in their shares trying to convince him lol
