For example, rules, changes made, infractions, etc.

Basically this sort of thing. If a thread is moved, its best not to argue about it.

Technical info and such is different.

However, that does not mean you can publicly address these issues. Generally arguments about are not tolerated if they are in the open forum. PMs are the way to solve issues with a member or members.
