Default Cutting floor to access front leaf bolts, who has done it?

Well after a week of PB I even tried a lot of heat it it appears the weld nut broke free . Does anyone have a photo or measurement of where to cut the floor ? I can kind if tell but wanted the smallest hole possible. Also if you cut, did you leave it for future access or weld it back up? Thanks

I'm going through this right now too I did a lot of research and what I found is you cut under the bolts by the unibody and then will be back together I'll take pictures in a little bit when I get in my garage

Drill a very small hole on either side of the unibody frame rail into the cab to give you a point of reference from the inside.

Then just weld the new nut into the bracket and close it up

X2. Another option is to use a holesaw on the backside of the nut and use an impact to get it off. Then just put a new nut on there and put some plastic hole plugs in the holes.

I know this doesn't look pretty, but I'm not into welding. However, I wheel this jeep pretty hard and haven't seen any negative affects.

dang, I went with the cut the floor inside method, I can see what I thought was the nut, but it is just round, maybe is the bolt end passed through the nut?

So I have an 01 and pretty sure I do not have a nut welded in there but I. Fact that the uni itself is just threaded? Cut the floor way back and only saw bolt both sides , no nut.
