creaking from rear end

hi i am new to the jeeping world. well car world in general and have no clue why my jeep is making a creaking noise when i am taking off. it last for a second or two and no longer happens once i am out of first unless if i am braking hard. please help! any thoughts to what it might be! it is an 86 so its farely old just age im guessing... but ideas to what it might be and how i can fix it will be greatly appreciated!!! thankyou!!

probly the leaf springs rubbing or maybe an e break cable. could also be shock bushings or sway bar bushings if you have a rear sway bar. also look at your drive shaft for spots where its rubbing by the U joints. If you have a lift and your driveshaft angle can be too much and cause the peaces to rub. What have you done to try to find the problem?
