Cooling Upgrade....what do ya'll think??
I am looking at changing out the following parts in hopes that my heating issue will be corrected.
CSF OE Replacement Radiator with Plastic Tank, Aluminum Core
Flowkooler Water Pump
Upper and lower Radiator Hoses
Water Pump Coolant Tube
I have already replaced the TStat and Tstat housing.
What do you guys think? Am I missing something?

I put a switch on my electric fan and leave it on all the time in the summer. It seems to help a bit, but I also had issues with mines not working.
The fan clutch can wear out too, but I don't know how many miles yours has on it. Some people replace the mechanical with a second electrical fan, but make sure you get high enough CFM fans if you do that. I think you can buy dual elec. fan setups that are pretty simple to install.

I wouldn't go with a plastic tank radiator.
I bough an OE style radiator and ended up replacing it with an all aluminum 3 row a year later. If you want to 'upgrade' upgrade.

ZJ fan clutch is a good upgrade too. Or just replace the fan clutch while you're in there.
Make sure to give the block and heater core a good flushing while you're in there.
Also, if you're looking into upgrading, give hood vents a thought.

Seems like just allowing the heat to escape the engine compartment is a lot of keeping the cooling temps down to a reasonable temp.
I will consider vents.
Very interesting if you ask me...thanks for all the info guys!!

is the flowkooler a high flow unit? I wouldn't add a high flow unit unless you're going to make all your components high flow (tstat housing, thermostat, etc). if not then I'd be more tempted to go pick up a water pump from the parts store. mines holding up just fine for much cheaper
