hey guys. so my water pump just blew. soooo im upgrading stuff. have everything bought a replacement radiator and was wondering if there is a replacement fan that is better then the factory fan. thanks for the help.

 

Your meaning the fan clutch? NAPA has two. A oem replacement (272318) and a heavy duty (272310). You may want to get an inlet tube for your water pump also (8257002).

 

No I mean like a completely new fan assembly lol

 

Nothing that either the factory auxilary fan or mechanical fan won't do as long as they're in good working order. What's the problem?

 

You can get a new one from rockauto.com. Or just grab one of the many laying around at junkyards.

 

I believe he's refering to an aftermarket upgrade.

 

The fan from a Ford Taurus with the 3.8L is a great upgrade. The wiring can be tough for some but, there are tons of write ups on how to do it.
