Default Confused! So whats my lift height?

Guys, I recently bought a 98 Cherokee and it already has a lift but im trying to figure out what the lift height actually is. I have the paper work from the shop that did the lift.
Here's what the invoice says:
11/16/2006
OME930: Old Man Emu Front Shock/Light Load Spring
N35C: Old Man Emu Front Stock/ Light Load Shock
CS034RB: Old Man Emu Rear Light Load Spring
N36C: Old Man Emu Rear Light Load Shock

9/17/2011
Bilstein 5100 Series, Nickel for Jeep Cherokee XJ with " lift
Bilstein 5100 Series Rear Shock, Jeep Cherokee XJ with 2"-3" rear lift

* Old Man Emu shocks got replaced with Bilstein 5100 shocks

My question is:
1) What determines my lift? The springs or the shocks?
2) Whats my overall lift?
3) Are these good shocks and springs?
4) Any other info or input is greatly appreciated

Thanks!

Default lift height

your stock jeep is 17 inches from the center of the wheel to the bottom of the wheel flare if you still running stock flares so a 3 inch lift will be 20 inches and so on, springs or spacers make your lift

The springs are what affect your lift height. We cant say for sure what your lift height is. Post a pic and we can give you a pretty good guess. Yes, those springs and shocks are good. Especially those bilstein's.

to be honest, that looks pretty much stock to me, if anything it may be a 1 to 2 inch lift, but it looks stock to me

Just go measure like posted above, 17" is stock, anything over is the lift you have.
