Colorado Welding
any welders in the colorado springs area that would be willing to do a class or know where someone can take a class to learn welding?
if not could anyone give me a rough price estimate on welding in frame stiffeners for an 89 cherokee? doing too much work on this thing to have it start cracking when i put it off road lol

wouldnt have a problem doing all the legwork for it, i dont really trust other people working on my vehicles unless its something i dont know how/dont have the tools to do :/
the jeep is going to be my daily driver after i finish the engine work this weekend so i can give our other car back to my fiance, i could probably go a week without it and it probably wouldnt be for a little while depending on price because i got childrens to support

The welding is easy, it's the prep that takes the most time.
The stiffeners for the front will require some dis-assembly to do them right, you'll be without a rig for some time.
I can do it, but it's a matter of coordinating schedules that's the tough part.

also is frame stiffening really necessary? ive heard in some cases that it just causes the force to directed to other area which in turn causes damage to that area that would normally not occur. new to jeeps and just trying to do everything right the first time and protect my investment.
since some things would need to be disassembled (im assuming steering components?) would the front end be aligned after work is done? pretty sure it needs an alignment rign now anyways lol
EDIT** not sure if its a full from front to rear from the pictures (looks like it) but if so im thinking this http://www.ruffstuffspecialties.com/catalog/XJRAIL.html . would that be enough to stiffen that badboy up?
if not i was also looking at these http://www.hdoffroadengineering.com/...-stiffener-set but the roughstuff had better reviews for half the price
