Coil spacers with suspension lift?

Yes, but keep in mind that you'll need to either increase your shock and brake line length or use limiting straps to prevent tearing a brake line or ruining your shocks.

Then you would be sitting up high but your suspension travel would not be very good.
Depending on whether your short arms are adjustable or not your axle may end up being too far back and have a harsh ride due to the angle your control arms would be sitting at. A control arm drop may help but would take away some of your ground clearance.

I just recently purchased a 6.5 rustys and have yet to install seeing as how I'm still in Afghanistan I was just hoping it would be enough lift for me I know how some companies rate their lifts at a particular height and in reality it sometimes isn't what you desired
