Removed the mount and now no more clunk but its being pulled a bit the other way now and I cant disconnect my swaybars now. Im either going to try the bend the mount for the disconnect a bit or drill the stock bracket over a little.

I already went and bent the lower sway bar mount a bit but that sounds like a good idea to center axle. The disconnects are pointing in a bit even with the axle centered so I didn't do much harm. Loosening that mount and re-centering will only help even more.

Get yourself a double shear track bar and new frame mount system. In your pic you can see that the stock trac bar frame mount has a bulge that comes out and contacts the spring. An aftermarket trac bar mount will be flat and the spring will not make contact. I had the exact same problem when I installed my RE drop brackets which move the axle forward 1"
I got a double shear trac bar and frame mount from IronMan4x4Fab.

You can see in my pics the Trac Bar frame mount is flat and does not contact the spring.

Awesome product, quality and service. Call on the phone and explain your problem and what you need.
