I was correcting him on his statement about newer Cherokees having an auto tentioner.

It was super easy to wire but hard to make it fit cuz I wanted to keep the pulley in unlike most other people. It took 3 relays to do it. Slow on when ever the car is on and high when ever the auxiliary fan is on or by a switch in the cab.
Well apparently the fuse I used was bad(not blown) so it didn't work and over heated the jeep while I was inflating my tires and busted my coolent bottle! So now I am converting to the open system. I have all the stuff cuz I knew one day it would do it!

Nice. Why did you want to keep the pulley? And yeah do the conversion the the newer radiator it's worth it. I bought an all aluminum 3 Row off of eBay for 160 bucks.

I didn't want to buy a new belt cuz I did 3 week before I did the fan swap! I might do it now that I have my rad out. I got a new 3 core csf a couple months back to do it for only 120! And all the stuff to do the swap cuz my buddy rolled his Xj and took all the stuff I needed!
