Installed my new track bar with the drop bracket and its hitting the mount on the axle.

I suspect that is an offset mount to allow you to push your axle out front more. Thus, the bind.

Axles at incorrect angle to mount.

The drag-link and track bar are not in line (they should be at the same angle)

I would wager that misalignment is causing the binding?
