My '01 Cherokee sputters and looses power on the highway and when climbing sustained hills. It runs great around town. It really seems to have trouble when it shifts into 4th gear on the highway. I've kept up with regular maintenance, it has a high flow exhaust, 3" lift and 32" tires. Recently replaced the cat thinking it was the problem. Also replaced the fuel injectors. Didn't help. Any thoughts?
