front axle shafts?
im waiting on my aussie locker for my d30 but i heard you can go to the junk yard and pick up some stronger axle shafts but what ones are they from? does anyone know?

The stronger axles are the axles with the larger u-joints. Unless you can find some chromoly shafts in one. Haha. Larger u-joints are in the newer Cherokees I believe, not sure exact range but if you stick to the 96-99 range you should be safe.

Engine: 4.0 liter RENIX I-6, DIY Cold Air Intake, 2.5 FM Exhaust, 3 Core Radiator
X 2, 95 and newer XJs with ABS have the axles with the bigger 297 U-joints. That is what I upgraded my 91 XJ front D30 to (axle shafts from a 95 w/abs). haven't had a single axle issue since.
