Default Cherokee shakes at all speeds

Ok, I am looking for some ideas on where to start with this issue. I have a 2001 XJ with a 8.5" long arm and 35" tires. I got back from Moab a few weeks ago and as soon as I got home my rear drivers tire started making a lot of noise. I assumed it needed balanced and had all 4 done. Now my jeep shakes at all speeds while I am accelerating. If I let off the gas and coast it stops. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
-J

Yes I have a T case drop, I have had the lift for a long time. I recently added the long arm upgrade to it but had no issues driving it to Moab and back.

You DON'T have an SYE with an 8.5" lift? Your U-joints are shot.

Must agree with the others an SYE is in order with a new driveshaft for sure for starters.

if vibes are only under load I would start with u joints, maybe TC output bearing but more experienced jeepers will know. Check for Any! loose suspension components.

Thanks everyone for your input. I won't have time to work on it until this weekend, but I will let everyone know what I find. I need to get this fixed as it has been my daily recently and doesn't feel real safe lately.

Yup, good advice. My bets are on the u-joints. Vibes under load dead giveaway
