cherokee cj axles

i have a 86 cherokee im thinking about putting the axles out of a 74 cj7 has anyone ever done this??? did it work well

don't do it, there is nothing special about them. might be a step backwards actually.

Not sure why'd you want to do this. There's a bit of a size difference between the two.

Waist of time and money! If your wanting to upgrade axles find waggy axles or a late 77+79 Ford D44 and 9inch,
