The niteshades is just spray apply like spray paint just clean them well first and do light coats. Dont go very thick u will regret it. Plus johnny law might bag ya depending on ur state laws. U could paint the rear quarter panels black thats a popular mod. I wana find a Lund sun visor real bad they look sick. Painting dif covers is cheap too.

I just bought some cheap 20 dollar seat covers. It made a huge difference in the front cab. Window tinting is real easy especially with all the room in the back of an xj.
I installed some vents on my hood and they turned out pretty good. I spent around 10 bucks for some aluminum "grill-o-sheets" at home depot, a few dollars on black oven spray paint and silicone and some trim molding for the edges. Took a couple of hours and it also noticeably helped my temps.

1. Remove body side moldings.
2. Paint bumper end caps flat black. Looks WAY better than the grey they come in.
3. Paint grill and headlight bezels flat black.
Of course my monitor here at work sucks and I can't see pics very well, so your XJ might actually be black already.
