I had made a thread about this already but cant seem to find it now. My question is with fully adjustable control arms on a lifted xj what is the best way to extend the arms after adding more lift I just remember how annoying it was getting the axle all hooked up when I did the lift so id like to hear of a quick and efficient way

Take off the control arms and adjust them to correct length. Put them back on. Not that hard.
#1 doesnt help because my lift is already in and im just adding a spacer #2 I dont have long arms and #3 Im not worried about how long they need to be I can figure that out I need to know if I say put it on jack stands take off both lowers at the axle and do... or disconnect the track bar than do...
you get what im saying?
and shift the axle how though after they are adjusted to however long I need

they dont want have to work for it. they want it spoon feed to them. here on CF no one searches and thats why theres the same question asked 400 times a day. maybe is the mods actually did something to correct this that it would change. doubt it. the mods would rather spoon feedOriginally Posted by Gatchmo5710
