Ok so I'm 16 and taclking this by myself.
I mounted an antenna mount above my passenger side light in the rear and ran the 18 ft of wire up to the front. But now i am stuck on wiring the CB to a fuse. I have the + wire (red wire) in with the radio fuse. Is that ok?
But now i dont know where to put the black negative wire? Help please and thank you?

But dont you have to run it through the fire wall? and i dont have that much negative wire? Could i just tie it in with a bolt that attaches to the body?

if u have speaker wire lying around u can use that to extend ur wires, but yes u could use a bolt thats on the body for a ground

the more wire you run into/out of the cab the more likely you are to short out and have a fire... the body of your Jeep is always ground on the XJ (and MOST vehicles... for that matter)
so just connecting the black (-) wire to the body is way easier than trying to get it out to the battery dirrectly
