Can I add this to my lift?
Hello I came across this lift setup on Craigslist. It’s a spacer up front and a longer shackle in the back. I currently have what I believe is a 3” lift in my xj. Unsure of brand. But it consists of a an AAL and a coil spring up front. Can I install these on top of my current lift to get it a little higher? Attached is the lift parts in question

Yes.
I did my own rig lift. 4.5" coil spacers and curled leaf springs with extra leaf as reinforcement.
I'm now on 31's but going to 33's.
You can fit 30's with that kit.

You can, but the added lift will likely require a SYE kit & driveshaft, rear spring shims, longer shocks, and new brake lines.
I'd also recommend control arm drop brackets at that height, and an adjustable track bar.

Unfortunately I didn’t put the lift that’s in my Jeep currently. But I do believe I have control arm drop brackets, and I have aftermarket shocks (not stock) but I’m unsure of the length of the shocks and what lift they can support. What do you mean by spring shims? And I would need longer brake lines?

Shims to change the angle of the rear pinion to avoid vibes in the rear driveshaft
The adjustable track bar is to keep the front axle centered & help eliminate steering/handling issues issues
If you don't get longer brake lines, you run the risk of damaging them off road from the extra flex
post a pic of your jeep...

I'm going for the control arm drop brackets, modify track bar for adjustment and long brake lines once I fit the control arm drop brackets.
