Default Cad bracket question

So I installed RC's control arm drop brackets, everything is fine with the actual brackets, but the self tapping bolts that secure the gusset to the unibody worked loose...the hole is wallowed out on the unibody, for whatever reason, so I cant install the same self tapping bolts. Any ideas on fixing this issue? Anyone ran across this before? Unfortunately, I do not have access to a welder, nor would I like to weld them in, incase of future mods...thanks!

Did you drill the hole on the bottom of the unibody or the side of it?, just trying to get a visual. Seems like a logical fix....I just dont want to weaken the unibody by drilling holes in it....

If you're worried you could always weld a plate over the hole
