Default Bumpstops

Inform me on bumpstopping, i want to know everything on how they work and how to install them

I have 3" coils in the front and a bastard pack in the rear. I know how the rear works, but i dont know how much bigger i need to go.

Does bumpstopping the front gove you any lift?

Bump stops are to limit the up travel of your suspension. It is to prevent damage to your suspension and/or prevent tire rubbing.

It is literally a rubber or other soft material that the axle can "bump" into in order to stop it's up travel.
