Mount the bumper and winch then purchase the size spacer you need to level it. The amount will vary from Jeep to Jeep, Lift to Lift, Brand to brand.....

coil rates for Cherokees are around 150 lbs to move it one in so do some math and take some measurement of your un-sprung coil and measure the sprung weight and you will get your answer
150 lbs = 1 inch
300 lbs = 2 inch and so on

300 lbs = 2 inch and so on

Unless you mud all the time. ( They don't hold up well to having dirt ground in to them, it cuts the fibers. )
My JCR winch bumper and Warn HS9500i with 100' of Synthetic rope only weighs 110-120 lbs.
