So i'm looking for a new stock bumper, as i'm not ready to go all out and purchase an aftermarket bumper. My question is that i have found the oem bumper online for a good price, but there is also a filler piece being sold. Is the filler piece necessary and if so what is it for and where does it go? inside the bumper?
