Default Building headers?

I'm considering building headers for my jeep. What things do I need to look for to build them. I know you have to keep them the same length and everything but is there Anything else? Do you think I would save any money?

i like youd be better off buying a header instead of trying to make one. it would be pretty hard to make one imo

I do think it would be hard too. But I have done several exhaust systems. But at 220$ it seems like I could save 100$ by doing it on my own.

$220? I got my APN header for like $150 shipped. And it is a header. Much better than stock.

If you never made headers you would be better off buying them. I the long run it would save you time and money. Just my opinion.

It's looking to be that way.

i think if you have all the tools to do it why not i would. sure its gona take more time and possibly cost more. but youll have gained the experiance of building a header. if theres something that needs to get done and i have the stuff to do it i do it.
