Budget Floor Mats
I'm looking for some cut to fit or cheaper custom floor mat options for my 99 XJ. I bought some cut to fit ones awhile back from Costco but returned them because it didn't seem like there were going to work well without being completely hacked up. What is everyone using without having to spend $$$ for Husky or Weathertech?

I went to Dollar general bought a roll of carpet for like 10 bucks cut it to shape threw it down and used floor mats I already had. This summer when I replace my floor boards I plan to get a roll of the rubber stick on mats cover the floor, bedline the exterior, a larger chunk of carpet lay it down and order floor mats off of Amazon. Anymore I've been buying stuff off of there it's never given me problems, many choices and great prices! I hope this helps I know I'm a few days late but hey!

Just have to hold out. At some point a set will pop up on Craigslist, OfferUp, etc. Gotta keep at it. I bought the Rugged Ridge ones about 4 years ago for $145. Brand new. Front, back, and cargo. Seemed like a hell of a deal to me at the time. Another thing is to get on the email list of all the popular 4X4 online retailers. They will send you promo codes. Sometimes they will be good for what you want. Sometimes they won't. Sometimes you can use them when the stuff is on sale. I picked up the removable headrest CoverKing Rhinohide seat covers for my '00 from AutoAnything. During a holiday sale and with a promo code still cost me $320. Shipped. But right now through them it would be almost $500. I am willing to bet you could find then cheaper but not as cheap as I got them for without a big sale going on. Persistence. It does pay off.

I got my floor mats / cargo mat from Quadratec. I got their brand "Quadratec", and really like them.
I waited for a sale since I wasn't in a rush to get them. I dont remember the final price, but I like them a lot

Pretty sure those are my Rugged Ridge mats with a Quadratec logo. You can buy them with a Jeep logo too but don't care about that.

Yep. They sure are. Only reason I went with the Quadratec ones over the Rugged Ridge was the price. They were lower, during that particular sale.
(I did also like the green of the logo since my XJ is green, but price was main reason)

I would be willing to bet that they are not as good as Weathertec ones, even though I have never seen any up close, but I want to say that those would have cost me $270 as opposed to the $145 I paid for the Rugged Ridge ones at that time.
