i got a 1993 xj. ive replaced brake booster, master cylinder, bench bled the cylinder, and bled my front calipers, because my rear brakes have never worked and the bleeder valves are frozen shut. someone screwed with the system while i was out of town, i've been trying for weeks now and i cannot get them to work again. need some serious help here, my wedding is on the 21st and i need it to travel to another state for my honeymoon. i'd really appreciate this guys

 

Ever had the brake drums off? You need to get those bleeders either opened (PB Blaster) or if they break off replace the wheel cylinders.

 

Wheel cylinders are dirt cheap, I wouldn't spend five minutes trying to get the old bleeders out.

Okay. I've never been good with drum brakes but I'll get one of my buddies who knows how to do them and get him over here.
So is that what's causing my no brake situation?
I figured that since the resivoirs are seperated front and back it wouldn't matter.
