Default Bored out TB, throttle plate options?

I've bored out my HO throttle body to 63mm, and I'm evaluating my options for getting a correctly sized throttle plate.

Junkyard: Has anyone found a throttle plate (larger than 64mm) with a similar plate thickness and screw spacing to a stock XJ one that I could turn down to the correct size?

Other than starting with blank piece of some sort and building one from scratch, or looking online, has anyone had success with other options?

FWIW, I used a milling machine for boring the TB, and have a lathe at my disposal for the throttle plate.

When I bored out my throttle body I was able to reuse my stock plate. I only went to about 61mm. The IAC was able to compensate, and I have not had any problems at all.

I ended up taking the whole taper out, plus an extra 2mm all the way through, which is why the stock plate won't be an option at all anymore, she's a very loose fit now.

Simpler, yes. Free, or almost free, no. I don't mind machining a throttle plate from scratch, I'd just rather spend time doing other Jeep things if there's an easy option to get an existing butterfly valve from pick-n-pull and turn it down a few mm.

I would have just gotten the strokedjeep.com part but exchange rate+shipping+returning the core from Canada would make the value take a bit of a dive I'd imagine.
