You only need one thing: to research.

Obviously I know the components I need I'm not an idiot, and to all of you who are saying research, why do you think I'm on here asking? FOR RESEARCH

get off the pedestal, pal. there are HUNDREDS of threads on axle swaps now. it isnt 2005 anymore when tossing a 60 under a XJ was maniacal. check out build threads on here, naxja, pirate.... wherever. then come back with SPECIFIC questions. there are plenty of people who have done some pretty intense builds (myself included) who have no problem helping out.

come back with better questions, not just "WTF DO I DO???? HALPP ME!!!"

No, I mean if you do enough searching you will find what you're after, then you may only need help hammering out the finer details of it, not just hey how to I put axle X and y under my XJ.... Which also doing enough wrenching will help you understand how to do it..

again, search. decide your use and final tire size. if i had to go back, i'd build smaller axles stronger instead of using what i did (HPD44 HD and semi float D60-ISU).

if you want to go over 37s, 60s or 60/14 is your only option.
