You may want to either reduce the number of auxillary lights youll be running or add a 2nd battery to acommodate for the extra lights. Where are you going to mount 6 lights btw? Also you will need an on board air system for those arb lockers. Seriously though...give b. lee a shout over on vendor section, he will hook you up with a good rack.

is the dana 30 weaker than a 35, if so, will it need work done to run 31/32s?
And I was going to put two lights on the bull bar and four on the roof.

Ok thanks, how can I tell how many splines my front has, and does the locker need to be the same spline number or is it just replacing the ring & pinion gear?

If you are not going to have a tall lift, but you are going to encounter rocks and rely on skids, you might consider boxed frame stiffeners. They will protect your uni-frame rails from crushing under a sharp rock. Plus they stiffen your unibody and protect against uniframe flex. TNT customs makes a good set along with many others.
Just a though might not be entirely necessary depending on the terrain and final lift choices.

Hey I don't know if anyone else has mentioned it, but maybe a larger gas tanks or a bumper/rack that allows you to carry a few jerry/expidition cans.

I don't know what/where your planning to go touring but if it is like out in the Outback, I don't think I would want to run out of gas haha.
Maybey a few of these in your rack as well

I would like it to be setup as a capable tourer so that i can go long(ish) distances over rugged terrain with confidence that i wont bend or break anything, and seeings as im a young driver, i also dont want anything too extreme.
I have decided i want 31's and i already have an ARB Bull Bar and ARB OME Heavy duty lift, so the minimum things i want to put on it are Terraflex Budget boost spacers, winch, snorkel and front and rear ARB Air Lockers.
keeping the mods under $10000.

$10,000 is a huge budget for mods alone. I would do a set of dana 44's on 36" tires with 4 link rear, eaton lockers, 4.88 gears, and lots of armor/recovery. you should really consider larger tires than 31's. forget the budget boost and snorkel
looking forward to this build for sure
