Default Before and after

Quick before and after of my 2000 Cherokee. It's been about 2 months since I bought it. So far I have a Rough Country 4.5" X series lift kit, 15" Procomp wheels with 33" Mickey Thompson tires, bushwacker flares, Curt roof rack, and Rustys front bumper

Yes very nice looking for sure! Have you re-geared installed lockers yet, if not they will make a world of difference? They were single best upgrade I have done on mine so far as to performance on/off road with that tire.

Go places now in 2wd that before required 4wd with just the rear locked and the front is the icing on the cake, but you need a winch when they get you in trouble

Looks great. I'd like to get the flat Bushwacker flares too, but man they're spendy. Tell me, what happens with the original plastic fender liners with the flare install? Do they get modified or removed?

The last 2 months have been pretty busy installing all the new parts and not to mention fixing some of the stock parts that need replacing on an old car so I am going to take a little break to actually drive it a little. But yea lockers and 4.56 are definitely on my to do list

You can trim them to fit with the flat flares or you can just remove them. I removed them, it was easier and I don't think it looks bad without them

I don't like how much the Napier flares require to be cut out of the front fenders, but I also think the Bushwackers stick out just a bit too far. I'd like a set that were the width of Napier, but the arch of the Bushwackers. I'm not sure which to go with.

I decided on the Bushwackers. I have a snorkel on the way and the Napiers get in the way. Also, I got the Bushwackers online for $410 shipped. Still expensive for some pieces of plastic, but not much more than the Napiers, considering they'd add shipping to their $389 price tag.

jet.com

Just Google "bushwacker flat fender flares xj" and the jet.com offer comes up.

They were around $446, first time purchase gets 15% off up to $30. Using my credit card saved me an additional $6 for some reason. I've used jet before, so I know it's legit, but this time set up a "new" account using different email and delivery addresses so I got the "first time purchase" discount. Give it a shot.

Cherokee forum gets a 10% discount bringing the total to $342.

Ohh and the price is $379.

Good to have accurate info. I think they add shipping so that would bring the landed price up a bit. I'd have done the Napiers if I wasn't planning on the snorkel.
