I started with a BB lift of about 1.5"
I bought IRO 3" lift kit put it all on with my original BB and my rear is atleast 1.5" lower.

The add a leaf is a long one, from eye to eye, said to be 2.5"

what leaf(s) should I add to acquire the necessary lift I need?

I can access a JY fairly easily. Dakotas and s10s there.

i just grabbed a couple 2.5" wide leaf packs, busted them apart and experimented with different lengths and placements. i've broken a couple leafs since, so i just take out the old and cut another with roughly the same radius at rest and stick it back in. don't over think it.

 

I used stock XJ cut eyes off main. and cut down 2ed leaf. Got me right around 2 inchs
