Those would definitely be good depending on how you use them. I built a bastard pack out of 2 pairs of XJ leaf packs. All depends on how much lift you want and how stiff you need it to be.

Looking for 3-4" Right now I have no positive arch on my leaf's and my shackle is pushed all the way back, not sure if that's how it's supposed to look.

those will work. but leave out the bottom flat overload spring.
just disassemble the pack, cut the eyelets off the main leaf, and install them under your main xj leaf, replacing all other xj leafs in the pack. you can do this without removing your main leaf from your jeep.
you will need new u bolts, center pin and spring wraps, but can be done in an afternoon.
this should net you somewhere from 3-3.5 inches over stock, depending how flat your stock main is.
and don't kid yourself, they will flex pretty good.

Two leaves out of that pack should get you where you want to be. Get ready to get familiar with a cutoff wheel and you're in business. I'm running my bastard pack without retainer clips because I couldn't find any 2.5" ones locally and it seems to be staying together pretty well.
You can use a 5/16" grade 8 (8 mm 8.8 metric) allen head bolt for the center pin and then all you'll need is 4 u-bolts. I used these AFCO racing ones from Summit and they are about as big as you can run without drilling out your spring retainer plates:

The stock bolts appear to be 3/8" so these seemed like a nice upgrade for only $20. Plus they're plenty tall to allow for extra leaves in your spring pack.

I got 4.5 out of my 01 springs not using the overload. Here is a writeup.

There are also other writeups on there on how to lift the front as well.
