AX-15 setup using 31x10.5 & 3.73 vs 33x10.5 and 4.10 for DD

I have no problem DD my 98 on 33x12.50 with 3.55. The only time I have trouble is using cruise control on the freeway. When in use it will constantly shift in and out of overdrive. If I don't use it I have no problem cruising on the freeway using my overdrive and hardly notice a difference in my tire size from being stock. I drive my jeep like a old lady anyways. I have zero performance mods so I can only assume with a intake and exhaust it would be even better. I'm sure some of the older XJ's with out the H.O engine may struggle a big more.

Anyone have an opinion on the matter:
AX-15 setup using 31x10.5 tires & 3.73 gears vs 33x10.5 tires and 4.10 gears for a DD (80% onroad).
According to this gear calculator, both setups will have slower crawl speeds and lower engine rpms at 65mph when compared to the standard forum recommendations of an AW4 setup using 31s and 4.10s vs 33s and 4.56.
After some calculations and talking to a few forums members, I believe 4.10s and 31s with the AX-15 will be too low of a gearing for a DD.
I'm sitting with 3.07s in a dana 30 HP and dana 35 LSD on stock tires. What would be the best way to go about axle upgrades (never going above 33s, maybe rear LSD and eaton e-locker in front).
1. Hardest part would be finding 3.73s in a HP Dana 30 and Chrysler 8.25, right?
2. If sticking with 3.73s and not finding axles, then I must buy gears for the HP Dana 30, buy a chrysler 8.25 and regear it to?
3. Could jump to 33x10.5 tires and 4.10s (more common gearing to find axles for, correct?).
Can anyone weight in on the handling differences between 31x10.5 and 33x10.5 tires. I could also go to 16" wheels, haven't decided on a tire yet.

I'm running 3.55 with 32s on a ax15 the 3.55 combined with 32s brought it back to near stock. I was on a budget and had the axels so I slapped em in and honestly I love it. I'd really liked to go 4.10 but couldn't afford a re gear. I love my current setup tho and as of now unless I go 33s witch I may since I trimmed fenders and I'm sitting at 4.5 inches of lift, I don't plan to change
