AUTOPAL sealed headlight order-arrived broken
anyone have a problem with this? ordered off ebay....arrived broken.
anyone run into this before?
what was the result....did they send out a new unit at no cost?

we're left to assume you've contacted seller and have yet to hear back...
Things happen, glass breaks, parts fall out of box's, wrong items are sent its all part of doing business away from the B&M...
I'm sure you'll be taken care of, completely.... doesn't matter whether or not it was insured its not your fault nor the sellers but yet he is responsible...
but to answer your question directly, most the reprobates here run broken hardware
