we're left to assume you've contacted seller and have yet to hear back...

Things happen, glass breaks, parts fall out of box's, wrong items are sent its all part of doing business away from the B&M...

I'm sure you'll be taken care of, completely.... doesn't matter whether or not it was insured its not your fault nor the sellers but yet he is responsible...

but to answer your question directly, most the reprobates here run broken hardware

 

Yeah it does. If a seller list insurance as an option and you decline to use it its on the buyer.

 

Autopals arent really known for being very durable, yet for them to be shattered on arrival is unusual.
