Give Aussie a call. Don't bother writing anymore if they denied you right away.
I just had an Aussie fail me in my c8.25, the teeth werent obviously broken or anything (a bit rounded on one side) so not sure what my problem was in the end. It was doing the same thing as yours, banging and unloading driving down the highway... It was only about a year old max..
They sent me a new locker (for a d30 instead this time) after looking up my order under their canadian orders history or somethin.

I would just use the d 30 locker, a lot less likely to fail, and doesn't comprimise 2wd driving at all

Add about 100 bucks to that and if it fails tell them you ran 31s because their warranty doesn't cover anything larger. Plenty of folks like them but my experience with lockrights and I've had 3 were terrible. Springs wore way to fast and they like to unload on side hills which is a bad thing.

No way that was shimmed right. As tight as they are it couldn't slip that much.

i run 33's with an aussie up front, i have had zero problems. spartan lockers are also a good choice. but in my experiences stay away from lock rites they seem to be the worst of the bunch

I had an issue with my Aussie, after sending back my original one for evaluation, they shipped out a new one - no problems.

That is some pretty strange wear on the teeth - what were your setup dimensions from the original install?

Where did you buy it that there is no record of the purchase - all I gave them was my order number which can be had from their website if you ordered it there?
