I've found a deal on a new header that appears to be an APN, but the seller isn't sure. Is this an APN header, or perhaps something else?

It doesn't have the lower gasket and two bolts, is that gasket something that might be universal if this isn't an APN?

Looks like it could be an APN, might be a Borla...hard to tell from the pic, what's he asking? Is it brand new, or used? If it was used, check for cracks around the collectors, check carefully, they can be hard to see sometimes. If it's cheap, I'd do it. By lower gasket, do you mean the flange gasket that connects to the exhaust pipe? If so, you can get the gasket at your local parts store for around $2, and the bolts you can either get at the parts store, the depot or lowes, or anywhere else you can buy bolts/nuts.
