FML bolts
So I'm swapping engines 96' 4.0 into a 2000. Already enough headache with exhaust and ignition issues but now I have discovered stripped bolts. Specifically the 2 pain in the **** E style bolts on the top side of the bell housing. Any suggestions on how to get them out?
As you can see its a tight squeeze, no room to drill or cut.

Put a floor jack under the trans crossmember and remove it's bolts. Lower it down slowly and carefully. Your access to those bolts will be much better.
Try and find a socket that you can hammer on those bolts, or weld to those bolts.
Those bolts should always be removed first so there's less tension on them .
