Default Another gearing question ( ax15 however)

About to throw 35s on there for i say atleast 3 years. My driving consists of forrest roads and300 mile drives everyother weekend. I have a 30 and 35 rear. Gonna, what is the best most fuel efficient ratio for the ax15 for mostly freeway on 35s? Im stuck between 4.56 and 488. Font worry the d35 is going to be a 8.8 soon but i need gear ratios now to get the new axles

You will hate 4.88 on the freeway. I have a buddy with a 5 spd and 4.88s with 35s and hes running pretty high rpms at 65.

I would go 4.56 if it were me.

Id run a 4.56 for best economy. 4.88 for best trail manners.

I only hit trails once or twice a month so its not that high on the priorities but idelike to not get stuck in a bad situation.

with an ax15. probably pretty decent. Not the best but not the worst. I would live with it for the price of gears and install.
