Default Another 2500 XJ thread

Ok my friend found this in his basement XJ 2500 kit he bought in 2008 he said that's when everyone went crazy over them. Anyway his XJ was a 1995 and he didn't install it because he said it was to expensive to buy the fenders and that it would need to custom fit it. I have a 2000 XJ and he said it would bolt right up but I would need to cut the fenders to align the headlights up. This is the kit he bought. Any ideas or thoughts if all I have to is cut into the fenders I might buy it off of him. The only thing I wont have is the side blinkers which is fine.

Just consider if you get in even a tiny accident, or even a parking lot "thing" that breaks your headlight housing ... or cracks your grill. Nothing major (because then you would have greater concerns) but how easy would it be to find replacement parts?

Go read up at NAXJA.. theres several threads with pics on how to do the install. Thats also where the 2500 parts buys originated.
