I have a 3.5 lift on my 90 Cherokee, put on longer sway bar connects, and everything was quiet and pleasant till recently. once in a while I started getting a clunk when the jeep transitioned from left to right turn, (I live in the mountains) or coming into my driveway. It has started to get worse, I can make it make the clunk swerving left/right. the sound is coming from the front, running gear area. I tightened up my sway bar stuff, looked for shiny metal, grabed everything and shook it! but I can find anything loose or rubbing/shifting. Since its getting worse, and not staying the same, and takes less of a turn to get the sound now, I am more concerned. any ideas?

Make sure your track bar bolts are really tight

I didnt have the horizontal bolt where it connects to the sway bar tightened enough, i had cinched down the veritical one, and I thought i checked them all- but when I was checking the trac bar bolts (one was loose, but didnt fix it), I threw a socket on every bolt I could get to, and got a few turns on both ends. test drive was quiet... Glad it was something easy, thanks for the help, now I can listen to the radio loud for enjoyment instead of drowning out the noise lol!
