Hi All,
I'm slowly attempting to improve my heep. I'm not going crawling or anything serious - I just use it around the farm and beach occasionally (very limited off-roading options on Oahu). I'm indifferent to lift kits and ****, not a super performance vehicle ... but if I'm replacing parts I want to get good ****.

I bought the Dorman springs to build my Bastard packs from Amazon. They seemed like a decent buy. I used the top leaf in my build and have been happy with the results. One if the reasons I chose them was for the price they came with bushings and sleeves most others had not that I saw.

My leafs were sagging bad, so when the lift kit was installed i also wanted to freshen up the leafs.
I bought the Crown heavy duty leafs from Morris 4x4 which are supposed to be the closest thing to OEM up country leafs. And yes they were. They were under $80 each. They came without bushings.
Here's the p/n copied from the website:
Crown Automotive 4886186AA
If you have a stock regular Cherokee w/o the up country package these will lift the rear end rake about 1 to 2" with stock front coils.
You could get these and use maybe 1" or so front coil spring spacers to give approx 1+" lift.
If you want to keep the stock lift, these probably aren't for you.
What ever leaf springs you pick up make sure to use new U-bolts and nuts and torque per spec then recheck the torque after a couple hundred miles.

Moparado - those Crown HD leafs are about $20 cheaper on Amazon (in hawaii, shipping is everything) but no bushings. I've read that you need a press to install them which I don't have access to..
I haven't seen the zone kit before but that's kind of pricey for what I'm looking at (just replaced shocks about 3000 miles ago too)

As far as I know, the Dorman leaf spring is the only stock replacement on Amazon with bushings included and installed..... so guess it's the best available to you atm...
I've used it before, it worked.
The coils are seemingly popular, I see them recommended quite often for factory replacement springs, the CC782 is going to give you appropriate ride height for an upcountry or 1" lift for others.
The damper is what it is, I believe thats the same one I ordered from Rock auto one time, did what it was designed to do.
No input on the brake kit.
