Looking into doing the Taurus fan swap into my 96. Has anyone had any issues running the stock alternator? I have some auxiliary lights (4) and a stock stereo system. Is looked through the posts on doing the fan swap and didn't see any mention of this being required just that many of you had done it already do to other electrical requirements.

 

If you want to upgrade you have many options. I used a v8 gc alt but it required grinding on the mount bracket.
